Bug with multi I/O audio cards (ADAT)

Bug with multi I/O audio cards (ADAT)

First of all: Congrats for your great tool! It's exactly what I've been looking for.

But.... there is a kind of "misbehaviour" of Grapevine when using it with my "RME 96/8 PAD" audio card: In FLStudio (9.1), I configured 4 of the mixer channels to accept audio input (stereo) from the ADAT input of the card (4 x 2). In Grapevine, only the very 1st stereo "ADAT input channel" of the mixer is visible. The other 3 channels don't show up in the "channel list". Thus, sub-grouping of the 4 (stereo) channels is not possible.
Does FL deal with "physical audio inputs" in a slightly different way? Hmmmm....

Everything else works fine and smoothly;-)

THX in advance

i'm afraid i don't understand exactly what you mean

grapevine is linked to the sliders on the mixer.. it should list all 104 mixer tracks (insert 1, insert 2, insert 3, etc) is it not showing this?

can you take a screen shot of what you mean?

Sorry for the late reply...
Anyway: The mixer channels linked to the physical inputs (i.e. the ADAT channels) are not listed in the "track" panel in Grapevine.

Will try to send you a screenshot ASAP (i.e. but can't do it before tomorrow morning;-(

THX

did you use the "Load track names from .flp" option?

that is a bit buggy.. i've had to reverse engineer the .flp format to get the mixer track names. if you could send and empty flp with those mixer settings i could look into why the names arent being loaded correctly

you can email me at contact@swiftlytilting.com
